LoanZor believes that anyone entrusting us with information deserves a direct and honest account of its use. This Policy explains the information the mobile application ("App") collects, why each category is required, how it is protected, and the choices you keep over your data.

Information We Collect
A responsible credit service depends on defined information categories. The following is a complete description of what is collected and its purpose.
2.1 Account Registration Data
At registration, we receive your legal name, birth date, mobile number, email address, and details from a government-issued identity document. Information is encrypted before leaving the device and stored only at server.loanzor.co.
2.2 Device Attributes
The device supplies its model identifier, operating-system version, IP address, and Google Advertising ID. We use these technical attributes only for platform stability and security-anomaly detection; they are not used for advertising targeting or a credit decision.
2.3 Installed App Metadata
To reduce fraudulent applications, the App may inspect package names and installation status for other applications. It never enters those apps or reads messages, passwords, transactions, or browsing activity. The only purpose is fraud prevention.
2.4 Camera Access
Camera permission is required when you choose to photograph identity documents for verification. Images are encrypted at capture, transmitted to server.loanzor.co, and the originals are permanently destroyed after verification. The camera starts only when you expressly begin an upload.
2.5 Approximate Location
If permission is granted, coarse location confirms that LoanZor operates in your region. We do not record precise GPS coordinates, and location remains separate from both credit scoring and advertising systems.
2.6 Anonymised Usage Data
Aggregated, de-identified information—such as navigation routes, session duration, and error events—helps improve engineering and design. It cannot be used to reconstruct an individual user.
How We Use Your Data
Each processing activity has a defined purpose. Information is used to:
- Verify identity and finish account registration
- Administer the revolving credit facility and its transactions
- Detect and prevent fraud, impersonation, and security breaches
- Provide accurate and timely customer-support responses
- Improve App performance through anonymised real-world usage patterns
- Meet applicable obligations under Indian financial regulation
You may withdraw an optional permission through device settings at any time. Features depending on that permission can become unavailable, while the core account and credit facility continue to work. We never access information through permission you did not grant.
Data Sharing
LoanZor does not sell, rent, or disclose personal information for another party's commercial use. Sharing occurs only with identity-verification specialists authenticating submitted documents, cloud-infrastructure providers hosting the Service, or regulators and law enforcement when law requires disclosure.
Every provider is bound by a formal data-processing agreement and may not use the information outside the service supplied to LoanZor.
Security Measures
Protection is built into the infrastructure. Controls include TLS/HTTPS encryption for all transmissions, role-based access limiting records to authorised personnel, scheduled independent penetration testing and security audits, and continuous automated anomaly detection with immediate escalation procedures.
Report suspicious account activity immediately to support@loanzor.co. Every security report is treated as urgent.
Retention Periods
Personal information is kept only for the time necessary to fulfil its collection purpose or for the period law requires, whichever is longer.
After account closure and the end of mandatory retention, information is permanently erased or technically anonymised so it can no longer identify anyone. The exact period varies according to the data category and governing regulation.
Minimum Age
LoanZor accounts are available only to adults aged 18 or older, and identity verification includes controls intended to stop underage registration.
If an account is found to belong to someone under 18, we will promptly close it, reverse pending transactions, and erase related information. Report a suspected case to support@loanzor.co for immediate investigation.
Your Data Rights
You retain meaningful control over information held by LoanZor:
- Access: request a copy of personal data held for you
- Correction: ask for inaccurate or outdated information to be updated
- Deletion: request erasure, subject to legal retention duties
- Withdrawal of consent: revoke consent previously given for processing

Amendments
We periodically review this Policy to reflect service or regulatory developments. Material revisions will be communicated through the App or by email before taking effect.
